Sleeping problems?
Yx recommended this to me this afternoon. Spent some time reading it and find it really useful. How true it is, im not really sure. But what it provides are some tips or suggestion on how you can get less sleep and have more energy. Mainly it talks about sleeping.

Oh well, Singtel has won the rights of EPL for 3 yrs starting from 2010.
The good news: pple need not have to subscribe to both Starhub and Singtel to watch EPL and Champions League.
The bad news: Singtel Mio Tv doesnt have as much variety of programs as compared to Starhub.
If you are a Starhub user, would u subscribe Mio Tv jus to watch soccer?

Was it a bad idea?
I mentioned the ubin trip to Poh, xy n poh.
Xy should b attending a wedding dinner on the 17. He didnt confirm the date thou.
Poh says that there will b lots of mosquito there. Just go cycle at some park.
Johny like the idea. N he is thinking of organising the steamboat again too.
Ch know about it too. He says wait for him to come back, and he's not sure when will he b back. However, he's giving a "unlucky" prediction that its gonna b a wet weather on tt day.
Should I continue to ask the rest of the pple? The e4 gang haven been meeting for sometime already!

e4 Gathering: Pulau Ubin
Im trying to organise an outing for the e4 guys. Doing some research on Pulau Ubin. Haven been there for more than 10yrs.
Those who had been there. Please provide some information or activities we could do there.
Date: 17 Oct 2009 (tentatively)
Time: 9.00am (tentatively)
Meeting place: Yishun Mrt (for the convenience of all)
Venue: Pulau Ubin
Prices: - Boat ride: $2.50 (1 way) - Bicycle: Unknown for whole day
Getting there: We will be meeting at Yishun Mrt and proceed to Tampines by SMRT Bus 969 and transfer to SBS bus 29 at Tampines Interchange. We will alight at Changi Village Road around 27 stops away.
We can have a break at Changi Village.
We will take out bum boat from Changi Point Ferry Terminal, which is just a short walking distance away.
(Please suggest alternate route if you guys know of any.)
Activities: Our main activity, which is also our only mode of transport on the island. We will cycle around the island and "explore" different places with the Pulau Ubin map. We can also visit Chek Jawa Wetlands but I'm not really sure of the availability of that place.
(Please suggest more activities.)

Cant slp
Few seconds or minutes is all i take to fall aslp. But not for tonite. Had been lying down and rolling on the bed since ard 1am. Listening to 933. Still cant slp. MP3 player already switched off due to slp timer. But im still awake.
I dun feel relax. not a single bit.
Made some COFFEE for myself. Caffeine dun work on me.
SMSed my piggy. She jus happen to be awake. Feel jus a little better smsing her. Or mayb the warm coffee relaxed me. Mayb both.
Vian and guys r planning for a Europe trip coz Vian got free accomodation. But guys. I seriously dun have the financial ability to do so. I kept quiet bcoz i dun wan to 泼冷水/少兴. Seriously, i wont b goin oversea until next year. So.. if you guys really plan about goin. Have to count me out. I would wish to go but i cant. I seriously cant. I only had less than 200bucks in my bank. So.. cheaper lunch too ok?
Finished my coffee. Time to try n get some slp again. Wake me up later.
I have a sudden urge to meet my frens.. those who i dun get to meet very often; those that i haven been meeting them for months or years; even those who met every week..
y so sudden im not sure..
Im not so "me" these few days.
Many thoughts.
Hardly had a gd nite sleep.

Something new
Bought myself a new earphone. My previous 1 bcame chewing gum for my dog.
Back to the brand Cresyn. It's the cheapest sports earphone i can find(or rather afford). Only S$19.
My previous cresyn visited the washing machine 2 twice and still usable.
I prefer an in-ear type. So far only Sennheiser have an in-ear sports earphone. n it cost S$125. Gotta wait for upcoming IT-show/PC-show/Sitex/Comex to get a in-ear one for normal daily usage.

Rot
Went for soccer last nite. 11pm to 1am. then supper till 2. n mahjong till 6. Crazy.
Woke up at 1 today. n had been rotting since then.
my blogger still can't upload pics. Dunno wat happen.
Weiliang will be flying off to aust tonite. Will be sending him off later. Wed will be ch's turn. All the best to the both of them. Bon Voyage Bros! Do come back often.

More than a months since I last blog!
well.. was lazy.. =)
I've finally completed my National Service on 14 JUN 09 (Sun), meaning that i got my pink IC on 12 JUN 09.
2 yrs flew. BMTC 3months, 1week of SISPEC lobo, 3months(-1week) of Militray Police Training, 1½ yrs at SAFDB.
2yrs might not be long. Met some nice pple. met some f-up pple. met some lazy pple. Ups and Downs. Everyone contributed to this little memories of 2 yrs.
mayb i shall recall abit.
BMTC 'ONIONORION' Company Platoon 4
- The punishments during training. Especially those by the !@#!@$!@#!@ Ninja OC.
- Shouting "Down, 1. Down, 2. etc... " at the parade square to bluff some of those who r still in bunk only to realise our dear 3SG (NS) Kian Hong is up at lvl 5.
- The night gossip with pringles after our 2nd range of M16.
- Cheering at our "best friend - CSN" when he was sent to DB.
- Damn proud to report "Total Strength 14, Current Strength 13. 1 DB!"
- Secretly eating Cai Tao Guay and Cha Guay Tiao at night bought by those who went for pilot test.
- F-up mosquito net.
- Those songs we created ourself during route march.
- Found my "twin brother" WeiHong. Also my bed buddy. we r jus 10 babies away!
Militray Police Training School, the 1 and only Platoon
- Showering 3 to 4 times a day is possible. (Most memorable)
- Sleeping in bunk after lunch/breakfast.
- Chop Chop 5BX w/o any SGT looking.
- Disturbing alvin causing him to shout/point guns at us, landing all of us in trouble.
- Blanket the Chao Keng HC on the last nite. He almost cried.
- Celebrating Alex's Bday with an act.
- Found out that one of the instructor look like Chicken Little. LOL.
- "Acting lessons" at the multi purpose hall, where pro actor HC sit at the side.
- Singing the MP song damn loud at the training shed.
- Moonlight marshall back at tekong!
- Lastly the day we finally POP as a MP.
SAFDB
- Boss "No laaaaaaaaa".
- The neverending soccer at nite. =)
- Old section 1 gathering inside CCTV.
- Old Dy's KPKB!~
- Old man's "F ur backside!" and "Dun Faround!"
- Alvin's "OH! OH! OH!"
- Senior Medic's "WHY!!?!????!" and ofcoz his stuning actions caught in the act by BOSS.
- the countless incident reports.
- Betting of Milo/Red Bull/Western Meal/Starbucks/Can drinks/number of spoon of chilli for meepok with my SCB/Cousin YX thru table soccer. (i still owe him some.)
- Neverending table soccer with the hard core ones.
- Weekly ripping of movies. =)
- Playing with dogs!
- Free haircut.
- The "happy" hour!
There's still much more than what i can remember over the 2yrs.
and this marks the end of another chapter of my life.
What i can say is that i've experienced, and i've enjoyed.

I found a body & all I did was update my Facebook
But I didn't want to go to sleep with the dead woman as the last image in my mind.
So I turned on the computer to update my Facebook status: SM Ong 'just returned from work to find a fresh dead body at the foot of my apartment block'. (I didn't Twitter because I have zero followers.)
